Two songs Stephen Hawking recorded with Pink Floyd
The renowned British theoretical physicist and one of the brightest minds in recent years Stephen Hawking passed away yesterday, leaving behind many contributions to science and even to the music industry. Hawking lent his voice to appear in the song "Talkin 'Hawkin", from the album "The Endless River" released by Pink Floyd in November 2014.
The song lasts 3:29 minutes and saw the light two decades after Roger Waters left the British group. This was the second time that the Briton shared his talent with Pink Floyd, since in 1994 he also participated in the song "Keep Talking". There with great concentration he said: "For millions of years, humanity lived like animals. Then something happened that unleashed the power of our imagination. "
To make matters worse, on July 1, 2016 Hawking performed "Keep Talking" with Anathema at the Tenerife Festival Starmus. The attendees were left with their mouths open and enjoyed the presentation to the fullest.
